What we collect

• Setup request form: your name, email, business name, business type, what you want the receptionist to handle, and the plan you picked. We also log the IP address the request came from, to stop spam.
• Demo call form: your name and phone number, so our demo receptionist can call you, plus your IP address for the same anti-spam limits.
• Demo calls: calls to or from our demo line may be recorded and transcribed by our voice platform provider. Please don't share sensitive personal or health information on a demo call.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request, place the demo call you asked for, and prevent abuse. We don't sell your information and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Where it's stored

Setup requests are stored in a private Google Sheet. Demo call details and recordings are stored by our voice platform provider. Rate-limit records are kept on our own server.

Client builds

When we set up a receptionist for you, it runs in your own accounts. Your callers' information is stored in your accounts, not ours. We only access what you share with us during setup, and you can remove our access at handover.
